    1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item.

    2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    3. Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the VisionFeed Smart Feeder is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at NWFREI****ROKERS@GMAIL.COM so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    4. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pet food or treats that have been opened, or personalized pet items.
