Shipping Policy (Manual Step): 

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you can track your order directly on our website or via the link sent to your email.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your feeder arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.

  • At PetroNexus, we are committed to bringing the latest smart pet technology directly to your door. To ensure we provide the best prices and high-quality logistics for our VisionFeed HD 6L Smart Pet Feeder, we coordinate with global fulfillment partners.

    1. Shipping Times

    • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

    • Estimated Delivery: Due to high demand and our direct-to-consumer shipping model, please allow 7-15 business days for your order to arrive.

    2. Shipping Rates

    • Standard Shipping: We are currently offering Free Shipping on all orders over $50.00 Minimum price to $50.00 within the United States.

    • For orders under $0.00, a flat rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

    • Standard Shipping Rule:  flat rate (like $4.90) for any orders under $50.00.

    3. Tracking Your Order

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. You can track your package directly on our website or via the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

    4. Address Accuracy

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PetroNexus is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice a mistake, please contact us at nwfreightbrokers@gmail.com immediately.

    5. Delays & Customs

    While we strive to meet the 15-day window, occasional delays may occur due to high seasonal volume or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your pet's new smart gear to you as safely and quickly as possible.

    2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders over $50.00 (including the VisionFeed Smart Feeder).

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days.

    • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

    3. Shipping Origin While our business is based in Auburn, WA, we partner with global suppliers to bring you the best technology. Items may ship directly from our partner warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery.

    4. Damaged or Missing Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nwfreightbrokers@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and product.
